Eagle Point is a peaceful location with
lakes, wild life & children's play Area. Yet minutes from all the
attractions that The Villa has a large open plan feel with a large Lounge which looks out onto the Lake. It has two comfortable leather and suede sofas, a large 42" Plasm TV, DVD, and Hi Fi. |

The
lounge has a six seater Dining table, and an office section which has a
PC with Broadband and Internet FREE.You can also enjoy FREE telephone
calls Worldwide.
The kitchen has a dining table and seats 4, there is a high chair if required. the kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher,cooker, microwave, fridge, etc. There is a utility room which houses the washer and dryer. There
are FOUR large bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a KING bed, cable TV
with a LAKE VIEW.There is an en suite bathroom with walk in shower, full
bath and twin basins. There is a large walk in closet.
Bedroom two has a QUEEN bed, cable TV, closet and is attached to a bathroom. Bedroom three is TWIN bedded with playstation, Cable TV and closet. Bedroom four has a QUEEN bed, cable TV, closet and views over the LAKE. The home also has a GAMES room with Pool, Air hockey, table soccer, darts, etc. All towels and bed linen, crockery etc is included. Outside there is a covered pool area with large patio with sun loungers tables & chairs. There is also a gas BBQ so you can cook outside by the Lake.! Rates include Taxes. Pool heat extra £12 or $24 per day.
