This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Set on a Lake with SOUTH facing view onto Lake and Conservation.

It has a large Kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, ice cube maker, 4 piece Toaster, coffee perculator,electric blender, can opener,Microwave,oven, grill, all dishes, freezer blocks and containbers, etc to cover 10 people.

It has a utility room with large top loading family washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board,steam iron, washing basket, etc.

The breakfast area within the kitchen has table and four chairs.

The dining area is fully open plan and has a dining area with six chairs and large table, and place settings with floral displays.

The lounge at the rear of the property is South facing and has the advantage of the Sun, majority of the day and with its own swimming pool adjoining the loungeenable to make the best of the weather and has a Lake behind so the view is outstanding. The lounge has an open plan style and has large television and two setees, one a settee bed for two persons, making it capable of sleeping ten in total.

Bedroom 1 Master, Large spacious at the rear of the Villa and has the views of the Lake behind. Wake up in the morning open the blinds and see the Sun and views to start the day...
It has a king size plus bed, with telephone, bedside cupboards, dressing table, and drawer unit tastefully matching, continuing into ensuite with large walk in tiled shower, twin vanity unit, seperate wc, leading to wardrobe area.

Bedroom 4 has twin beds.

Telephone avaialbe and ALL calls to local and International land lines are FREE.

Prices are for exclusive use of our Villa NOT per person. Stays of less than 7 nights incur a villa cleaning fee of £38 / USD 65. Pool heat incurs an extra £13 / USD 22 per day if required. (Rates exclude Florida tax presently 13%

NOTE: All rates are inclusive of full home preparation prior/after stay, all utilities, including electric, water charges, plus FREE local and international telephone calls.

We require a £200/£350 deposit to secure your dates and the balance 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Once you have booked we will continue to assist you with any advice you require regarding Park Tickets, flights, car hire or any questions you may have.
