Prices are for Exclusive use of our home, NOT per person. Stays of less than 7 nights incur a fee of £38 or $65. Pool heat extra £13 or $22 per day if required (Recommended October to February). (For 2009 bookings pool heating is $25 or £14 per day)
We require a £200 or $350 Deposit to secure your dates, Balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Our home is fully licensed with the State of Florida and as such matches and exceeds their regulations with regards Safety within rental properties.
